Description
We are looking for a full time construction laborer to support our construction manager in various renovation projects, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations etc.
We are looking for a motivated person who has a good understanding of the construction industry with 6+ months experience.
All indoor working conditions.Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Hand and power tool experience
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Valid driver's license and owns a vehicle
- Punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Demolition
- Provide assistance with general site preparation and cleanup as directed
- Framing
- Drywall boarding, taping mudding and sanding
- Tile work
- Painting
Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
