Description
We are currently looking for 2 Full Time Front Desk Concierges for 2 buildings in
Burnaby/Coquitlam, BC.


Shifts Available:


Monday to Friday
-
3pm - 11pm

Duties and responsibilities


As a Concierge, you are responsible for being the primary contact and source of information and services for residents and their guests.

You are responsible for greeting all residents with a warm smile and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service.

Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations.


Skills and experience

  • Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
  • At least one year of Customer Service Experience is required
  • Excellent written and oral command of the
    English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.
