As a core member of our Treasury team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.


Your Role**:


The Global Treasury Hub is responsible for the management of investor cash flow and ensuring cash related static data is well maintained.


The Treasury Hub work closely with the Investor Relations and Centre of Excellence teams to ensure that redemption and distribution related payment data are reviewed timely and in an accurate manner.

Subscriptions monies received are reconciled in line with our AML and Fraud policies. We are also responsible for verifying the payment related data for invoice payments on behalf of our clients.


The Treasury Hub has a presence in Toronto, Singapore, and Dublin who work closely together to manage clients on a global basis.


The manager is the leader of the Treasury team and is responsible for the overall team performance and day to day of the relationship management from an inter-departmental perspective.

The manager is responsible for building and maintaining, through regular coaching and training, a self-sustained, empowered and motivated team that consistently and reliably meet all deliverables.


  • You will be coaching, development and training of team members.
  • Communication of organizational vision and goals to team members and how it relates to their roles
  • Risk Management of the day to day operations of the team through a gap analysis of processes and procedures
  • Ensure team members understand and can effectively execute company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and track team performance and manage resources in order to meet SLA's and departmental goals.
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction in service and quality deliverables from the treasury team
  • Build and maintain internal relationships and act as their primary treasury relationship manager and an escalation point for their interaction with the team
  • Liaise internally with the Investor Relations team, Fund Accounting teams, Compliance team and Internal Auditor(s) to ensure all deadline and deliverables are met
  • Represent Treasury at onsite visits with clients
  • Propose and develop departmentwide operational improvements/efficiencies in consultation with the other IR managers
  • Conduct Interviews and participate in the selection process of new staff
  • Leading or participating in projects when required
  • Leading or participating in SWIFT Interfaces when required

About You:


  • You have postsecondary education
years of experience in Financial Services, preferably Hedge Fund Administration and / or Client Service with some exposure to accounting and performance reporting

  • Experience managing and training staff
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including Know Your Customer (KYC) and antimoney laundering (AML) policies
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Ability to work independently and understand when to escalate
  • Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures
