Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tailor to join our team.

As a Tailor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality alterations and repairs to garments, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our business.

This is a full-time position.


Duties:

• Perform alterations and repairs on various types of garments, including but not limited to pants, shirts, dresses, suits, and jackets
• Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit and appearance
• Sew, hem, stitch, and mend garments using appropriate techniques and equipment
• Replace buttons, zippers, and other fasteners as needed
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific alteration requests
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions regarding alterations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tailor or similar role
• Proficient in using sewing machines, sergers, and other tailoring tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
