Job Description:
Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at our restaurant. Someone that can create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus
Maintain knowledge of our hours of operations, promotions, and menu items
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Manage reservations and ensure accurate seating arrangements
Collaborate with the FOH staff to ensure smooth service flow
Provide excellent guest service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station

Skills:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong customer service and guest relations abilities
Ability to multitask and handle highpressure situations
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
