- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide customerfocused solutions.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project implementation and resolve any issues.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in the food or beverage industry.
- Experience working in an engineering firm or in an engineering role within a food or beverage company is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Highly detailoriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
