The Score Pizza Assistant Manager will support the General Manager.

This will encompass the daily operations of the restaurant up to and including, staff management, team member training, FOH operations, BOH operations and daily financials and product ordering.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the proper and safe operation of the restaurant
  • Ensure guests receive 100% satisfaction of experience and food quality
  • Address all team member operations, issues, concerns and problems
  • Ensure all team members are following all company rules, regulations and protocols
  • Reports to the Location General Manager

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper opening and closing of restaurant
  • Inspect product quality with daily line checks
  • Ensure 100% guest engagement from team members and yourself
  • Complete multiple team member Checkins throughout shift
  • Complete daily financials including balancing of tills and bank deposits
  • Complete food, alcohol and other product orders
  • Manage scheduling, daily labor and food cost

Requirements:


  • At least a year of management experience
  • Valid First Aid certification
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification
  • Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
  • A leader and a team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00-$22.00 per hour
