A leading property maintenance company based in NW Calgary is seeking 1-3 highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Lawn Technicians as a part of our Spring Cleanup teams.

As a Lawn Technician, you will work with a crew responsible for ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are ready for the lawn mowing season.

This will involve a range of duties and tasks, including but not limited to:

• Arrive for work punctually and to remain on duty until essential activities have been completed.
• Operate relevant equipment and tools including push mowers, aerators, power rakes, hand rakes, trimmers.
• Load and unload work trucks and trailers as needed.
• Report daily on time to the Crew Lead.
• Follow proper techniques, work procedures, maintenance and safety standards.
• Interact with clients on site when needed, providing exceptional customer service in a polite and courteous manner.
• Assist crew leader in completion of timesheets, including clocking in and out of Jobber, our work tracker.
• Ensure that all PPE is being worn in compliance with company standards.
• Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the health and safety of the company.
• Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Our crew leads are young males between 22-28, but we don't discriminate when hiring on age and gender as long as you are a good fit and hard worker.

All work is completed in NW Calgary. You must have your own transportation to the work site where you will start and end your shifts.
