Job Summary:
We are seeking a General Laborer/Exterior Maintenance person to join our team.

This position offers an opportunity to work on various tasks and projects while contributing to the overall success of the team.

This job will require being able to be on location throughout Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and St. Catharines. Mileage will be paid.


Responsibilities:

• Assist with general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials
• Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Grass Cutting
• Exterior Maintenance
• Lawn Maintenance
• Demolition Work

Requirements:

• Proficient in English for effective communication
• Capable of Driving Truck
• Has their own Transportation
• Full valid G License

Pay:
$17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
