Job Duties:
●Managebetween 4-6 members within a larger software development team.
●Leadtechnical projects to design, develop and implement new technology to solvesome of the world's most challenging problems.
●Use Python and/or C++ to prototype ideasand design new solutions.
●Work with a top-notch technical team,here in Saskatoon and around the world, to ensure our leading electronic designautomation products evolve to meet the changing expectations of our customers.
●Collaborate directly with technologyexperts at major semiconductor companies to define, develop, and deliver newproducts and product features.
Job Qualifications:
●Demonstrated leadership skillsand personnel management skills.
●Demonstrated ability to manage projects thatrequire challenging technical solutions in a collaborativeenvironment.
●Demonstrated expertise in some or all ofthe following: object-oriented programming (Python and/or C++), Linux, testing,source control (Git), algorithms, debugging, profiling, GUI design (Qt).
●Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills; demonstrated through presentations, emails, softwaredocumentation, collecting customer requirements, and communicating with teammembers.
●A team player; an ability to provide andbe receptive of constructive feedback;mentor and teach others on the team.
●Customer-focused; have the ability toprioritize tasks based on customer experience and ROI.
●Willingness to learn and interested innew challenges.
●Nice-to-have expertise: Statistics (MonteCarlo analysis), test automation, transistor-level circuit design, EDA CADtools, SQL, and release management.
●Must be available to work from ourSaskatoon facility.
