Our team is looking for a new full-time year-round Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team in Calgary. If you are an experienced AR administrator, are self-driven to complete tasks, extremely organized and willing to collaborate in a team-oriented company, please consider joining our team

This position is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Create Invoices and Credit Memos
  • Monthly Contract and Progress Billing
  • Collections and Account Management
  • Experience processing Small Claims and builders Liens
  • Respond to Client inquiries, resolve client disputes.
  • Credit investigations and new account setup
  • Process credit card payments, post incoming EFT and CC payments
  • GPS monitoring
  • General office duties, answering phones, ordering office supplies
  • Monthly job profit reporting
  • 23 years of experience in AR is required
  • A related certificate or diploma is preferred
  • Sage 100 experience will be an asset
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experienced in dynamic environments.

Salary:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
