Titanium Autogroup Lot Manager
Titanium Autogroup is looking to recruit an energetic, detail-oriented lot manager to maintain our dealership's vehicle inventory and lot.

The lot manager will assist in any given task from the operations manager, as well as ensuring all vehicles are dealt with accordingly before and after receiving them.

You will ensure new, used, and wholesale vehicles are parked in designated lot areas, moved into appropriate parking positions, filling up cars with fuel when needed, as well as preparing vehicles that are waiting for maintenance and to be cleaned.

Lot Manager Responsibilities:

Ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable.
Keeping the lot organized, clean, and free from trash, litter and debris.
Garbage removal from inside and outside of the dealership.
Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas.
Guaranteeing dealership license plate frames are affixed to vehicles.
Checking all vehicles are displaying the proper stickers and selling price.
Overseeing and maintaining keys.
Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, and ensuring most marketable vehicles are put on display first.
Informing supervisor of issues as they arise.
Complying with all company policies and procedures.
