We are currently hiring for aCustomer Service Representative in our
Toronto office. In this role, you will provide clients with information regarding their school student health insurance plan. This will include general plan information as well as claim inquiries.
We are looking for:
- A brand ambassador that is passionate about customer service and elevating the overall customer experience
- Driven and selfmotivated individual who want to have an impact and thrives with little supervision
- Individual who is extremely meticulous, cares about their work and has a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be available to work (40 hours) Monday to Friday on a permanent basis
Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following:
- Respond to phone calls, online "live chat" inquiries and provide general plan information.
- Provide claims information
- Confirm specific prescription medication coverage
- Confirm client eligibility
- Advise and communicate how to use claim plan benefits
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Some experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Superb problem solving skills
- Knowledge of group insurance is beneficial but not required**
