Role Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with operational leads to develop and implement efficient operational plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Set up and maintain an inventory management system to track and monitor inventory levels accurately.
  • Streamline Operations purchasing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Utilize fundamental tools and software, including NetSuite and CMMS, to support Operations.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on supply chain activities to management.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain coordination, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in using fundamental tools for planning, managing inventory, and streamlining purchasing processes.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or CMMS software is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

Annual Salary:
$70,000 -$80,000 CAD
