Experienced Automotive Administrative Assistant:
Description, Responsibilities & Duties:
Due to overwhelming increase in sales and service volume, we are looking for an experienced and self driven Automotive Administrative Assistant who is a responsible, self starter, who is self motivated, possesses technical/computer skills, great communication skills and strong organizational skills.

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Outbound calling (to support sales and service depts)
- Basic General Accounting
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Checking in/out of vehicles
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Look after all payable and receivables in efficient matter.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and balancing.
- Must be able to work in EXCEL
Salary:
Up to $24.00 per hour
