    Our Client a leader in Office & Commercial Moving, Logistics & Supply Chain is looking for a dynamic Vice President - Sales to join their Leadership team. As the Vice President of Sales you will be a key leader in shaping and executing the companies sales strategy.

    Responsibilities:
    Reporting directly to the President & CEO , the Vice President of Sales will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
    Develop and nurture strategic partnerships across the Canadian market to drive business growth.
    Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
    Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies across various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and distribution channels.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.
    Manage the national sales budget efficiently and effectively.
    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in sales strategies.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    Experience in Logistics/Retail sales is required to be successful in this role.
    Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or Director of Sales.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams, manage high-level client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
    Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
    Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to establish partnerships and secure advantageous deals.
    Strong working knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems.

    Salary: $115,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
