Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk (Full-Time)

Can-Pet Inc. is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk.

Concord.


ABOUT
Can-Pet Inc. has emerged as one of the most established distributors and marketers of pet specialty foods. Today we service Eastern Canada including Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime marketplaces. If you love warm furry friends, then Can-Pet is the place for you. Located North of Highway 407 and Keele Street.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Rapid order Entry
  • Invoicing Orders
  • Contact customers for order verification, updates and out of stocks as needed
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, returns and tracking orders
  • Arrange transportation for delivery of products as needed
  • Work cross functionally with Warehouse/Finance
  • Resolve Customer disputes while building a strong relationship
  • Filing
  • Other basic administrative duties
  • Perform other task as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ensure Accuracy by paying attention to details
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Effective in planning, organizing and prioritizing daily tasks
  • Interpersonal, Written and Communication skills
  • Supportive team player as well as individual contribution

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 12 Years' Experience in related field (required)
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Post-Secondary Education (Not required, but an asset)
