Description

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions, including preparing and distributing contracts, agreements, and other documents.
  • Prepare and submit listings to various listing services and maintain property databases.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is in good working order.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Matrix and Dotloop is a plus.

$47,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
