Red Barn Market is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant, to join our head office team.

If you are a passionate and innovative individual, with a min of 2 years' experience, crafting and designing digital campaigns and ads, then we'd like to hear from you.

Experience:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 1 year required
WordPress
Mac platform
Valid Class 5 drivers license an asset

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating the weekly flyer and newsletter in both print and digital format
Design, execute and manage our online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including videos for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tik Tok
Manage and monitor feedback and engagement on social media platforms
Assist with managing online shopping, APPS, and website
Design of internal and external contests

Successful Applicant will:

Bring new and innovative ideas to our Marketing Team
Have attention to detail and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Have good judgment about what captures people's attention and gets people talking
Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and adhering to brand guidelines
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop and execute the voice and brand of Red Barn Market
Outgoing personality, able to work independently and with a team
