Director of Warehouse Operations |
Service: Warehouse

Reporting to the Director of Warehouse Operations, the shipper ensures that orders are prepared and shipped without errors, efficiently and in a timely manner for our customers.

Will perform other related duties as requested by his immediate superior, all in accordance with internal procedures and rules.

TASKS RELATED TO FUNCTION

Shipment of merchandise | 93%

Prepare and print invoices and shipping labels.
Collect and verify that all items and goods are included in the shipment.
Prepare shipments and shipping labels for transport companies.
Examine the contents of shipments to see if it corresponds to the records and verifying its accuracy.
Perform general physical activity to unload, sort and move the goods by hand or with the help of handling equipment.
Ensure that all goods are properly placed in the warehouse to ensure proper loading.

Health & Safety | 5%

Be compliant with the standards and business procedures as well as enforcing the health and safety laws.
Ensure that work areas and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times.

Other | 2%

Participate in the annual inventory.
Complete various reports.
