As the Digital Product Manager, you will play a key role in owning the digital product roadmap and execution ownership of prioritized digital solutions.

You will continue to advance the capabilities and value of Elements' client and driver digital properties - including capabilities that address broad client/driver needs and those that enhance the value and growth of Element Product & Services.

A Day in the Life


Champion the Digital Product Roadmap- Maintain a pulse on market trends and stakeholder needs to help shape the journey forward, including ongoing roadmap prioritization across key stakeholders.

Includes gaining a deep understanding of the client experience, (through customer journey mapping), collaborating with cross-functional Product Managers, Operations leadership, Commercial & Account Management, and IT stakeholders to understand specific gaps and opportunities, understand technology trends and competitive intelligence, and establish the priority for near-term and future investment.- Shape business case to support initiative justification, define key success criteria, and secure alignment of key stakeholders across the organization to support critical opportunities.


Solution Development & Execution- Develop future state solutioning by incorporating industry best practices, a user centered design approach, and driving continuous improvement through a data-driven approach.- Champion and lead technical teams and agile squads to deliver new features/products with a relentless focus on the client experience, stakeholder engagement and execution to meet desired objectives.

Responsible for balancing priorities, defining user stories and requirements, soliciting input on requirements with key business SMEs, defining acceptance criteria and measures of success, and end acceptance of the feature/enhancement.- Develop rollout plans that support end platform adoption and acceptance - including value-based communications and technical education across a variety of user groups.- Engage with stakeholders to build alignment in overarching objectives, confidence in the path ahead, solicit feedback, ensure readiness for rollout and acceptance, and hold to account in delivering initiative benefits.


User Engagement & Feedback- Engage and collaborate with end users throughout the ideation, prioritization, and development process to incorporate feedback and validate design.- Measure/Monitor user engagement with tools and overall satisfaction with the user experience.- Socialize and educate the broader business to take a user and client centric approach is designing and implementing digital solutions.


Socialization & Expertise- Support change management efforts associated with achieving initiative objectives, with a heavy emphasis on end user adoption and utilization of digital solutions.- Ongoing engagement with employees, customers and suppliers to provide SME expertise, value messaging, content creation, demos, education/awareness, communication, etc.


Requirements:


  • BS in Business, Computer Science, IT or related field strongly preferred and/or 5+ years' experience developing digital solutions with a usercentric mindset
  • Experience as a Product Owner/Manager in an Agile/SCRUM environment (CSPO certification preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated experience championing and successfully deploying significant crossfunctional projects that deliver results against the target outcomes including defining strategy, requirements, design and executing deliverables. 5+ years' experience in Product Management/Product Owner Role supporting development of digital products (web/mobile and/or Salesforcespecific experience with Marketing or Service Cloud)**Please note this role is open to Hybrid, out of our Mississauga, ON office or ca
