Job Overview:

Executive Mat Service (EMS) is looking for Management Trainee's to focus on growing our organization while embarking on an exciting fast-paced career path with an entrepreneurial spirit.

EMS is looking for eager, goal oriented and energetic individuals that aspire to be part of a growth oriented leading-edge organization that is committed to living sustainable and investing in its people and technology.

Key Responsibilities Service Sales Rotation:

Securing new business service contracts and achieving/exceeding sales performance goals.
Driving Truck/Van for deliveries to customers during operations rotation.
Execute on EMS Customer Service Absolutes
Handle customer service issues and provide service resolutions.
Developing service area systems and growing area into larger branch.
Collecting and identifying industry expertise to be used in sales presentations and securing new service contracts.
Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process improvement, and cycle time with all sales and services activities
Work with organizations CRM to document and update prospects sales pipeline and prospective client pertinent information on a timely basis.
Ability to lift 50Lbs

Management Trainees receive:

Base salary and quarterly bonus potential
Comprehensive leadership and company training program

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Valid driver's license
Clean drivers Abstract
Min 2year College diploma and or bachelor's degree or obtaining within 3 months.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (specially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Excellent written and oral communication and time management skills
Ability to lift 50Lbs
