Required Competencies:
- Must be analytically minded with both creative and technical abilities.
- University or College Education with 23 years of work experience.
- Experience using online web content management.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
- Experience using Sage 300 (or ACCPAC) is a bonus.
- Experience using video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or iMovie a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in daily administration duties.
- Involvement in customer service and support.
- Prepare, format and edit a range of product advertisements for print and web.
- Maintain website content using content management system.
- Update any social media related content.
- Communication with outside photographers, web developers and graphic designers.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
