  • The Switchboard Operator is accountable and responsible for the general and specialized duties required to support the daily activities of the Communications Department, as well as the support of other functions during nonstandard working hours.
  • The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:
  • Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Terminology (preferred)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Previous switchboard/reception experience (preferred)
  • Meditech Registration (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Acceptable performance and attendance records
