All maintenance mechanics are signatory to Local Union 787 and will receive wages and benefits as
prescribed by the current collective agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to and complete all work orders such as filter replacement, belt replacement, verify

condition of equipment, pressure washing coils, checking heat exchangers,

Document all tasks performed based on original work order.
Communicate any issues observed onsite with team members as required.
Pick up material from vendors
Create and submit quotes for repair work
Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

Hold a valid G2 certificate by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA).
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
12 years previous Maintenance Technician experience would be an asset.
Must have the ability to anticipate work needs and follow through on a given task with mínimal

direction.

Display strong interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy.
Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset.
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Other certification such as WHIMIS, working at heights may be required
Personal hand tools required.
