How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Support the management of the bidding process including establishing budgets, controlling expenditures, schedule management meetings and coordinating the activities of the whole bid team.
  • Support a partnership approach with all clients and consortium members to develop a winning solution to develop an integrated bid that meets the client's requirements.
  • Support the project bid process and the interface with joint venture partners as it relates to the interaction between the finance component of the deal and the O&M and Construction elements.
  • Work closely with engineers, managers, internal and external clients to develop materials from the early concept through to proposal submission.
  • Obtain and proofread proposal documents to ensure that they comply with RFQ and RFP established parameters and qualifying criteria.
  • Assist with overseeing page setup, quality control and presentation of the final proposal.
  • Implement sign off procedures and processes.
  • Responsible for supporting the final bid submission in compliance with the Client's requirements.

Requirements:


  • Autonomy, organization, ability to prioritize and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Must master drafting and proofreading of documents in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and be results driven.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Capability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency while having the ability to adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), French as a second language will be an asset
