POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Assistant Property Manager, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and tenants, responding to inquiries and supporting promotions and marketing events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open and/or close customer service desk.
Respond to customer and tenant inquiries (in person and phone).
Management and sale of gift certificates and tickets (ie; local events).
Manage lost and found (ie; report log, tagging lost items).
Manage wheelchair and stroller loans.
Other duties / projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous relevant experience
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
