Description

As a plastics fabricator, you will be responsible for manufacturing plastic products and parts through a variety of techniques such as cutting, bending, and molding.

Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality materials that meet client requirements and industry standards.


Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine customer specifications
Operate machinery such as saws, lathes, and routers to cut, shape, and form plastics
Select and measure appropriate materials and tools for each job
Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
Inspect finished products for defects and make repairs or modifications as necessary
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area


Requirements:


  • Experience in plastic fabrication techniques such as welding, bending, and cutting
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
  • Knowledge of various types of plastics and their properties
  • Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools used in plastic fabrication
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.50-$33.31 per hour
