What you'll do


As a Project Manager II on the National Security Enablement - Security Technology Migrations team, you will ensure the successful end-to-end integration of our valued customers and teams by delivering on post-acquisition programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to support cross-organizational integration programs to help us achieve and maximize synergistic values stemming from our Smart Security and Automation acquisitions.

You will ensure that we deliver on our business objectives while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading key streams on transformational projects across functional teams with excellent project management and change management rigor
  • Facilitate and support strategic discussions and recommendations at the manager and director level
  • Enable strong interlock and teamwork across all segments of the organization to ensure strategic and transformational initiatives are aligned
  • Identify risks and collaborate to remove program roadblocks
  • Drive the evolution of our endtoend customer service support model in order to achieve our ambitious growth and crosssell targets
  • Provide thought leadership in solving complex problem statements across all customer segments of our Security base (Residential, Small Business, Complex/Commercial)
  • Foster a highenergy, resultsoriented, inclusive work environment through collaborating with peers across the organization

Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience delivering complex transformation programs across crossfunctional business areas
  • Proven problemsolving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a convincing track record of setting and delivering against key metrics
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to succinctly and clearly explain tactical plans, expectations and strategy to frontline teams and managers, as well as to your peers and supporting executives
  • Passion for working in a dynamic, highperformance culture
  • Unsatisfied with the status quo and constantly on the lookout for industry best practices, technology trends, and customer experience opportunities to find and lead the next best transformation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Drive, Hangouts, etc.)

Great-to-haves

  • Knowledge and experience in the security industry is an asset, particularly as it relates to product and technology knowledge
  • Certifications in performance improvement and/or project management
