Responsibilities:

  • Create personalized lesson plans and educational materials based on the needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their educational goals.
  • Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Experience:


  • Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

- teaching: 1 year (required)


Ability to Commute:

  • Mississauga, ON L5B 2N5 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L5B 2N5: Relocate before starting work (required)
