Job Title:
Principal Power Amplifier Design

Job Objective:

Be responsible for Power Amplifier hardware design, Your PA solution should be much competitive or even leading the whole BS industry, from linearity, efficiency and cost, for different frequency band, you are able to find the best solution which combine with our DPD algorithm to get the best performance and cost

Responsibilities:

Macro radio BS power amplifier design, implementation and verification
Define new product PA architecture
Evaluate PA key component such as final stage, driver, isolator etc.
Base on PA simulation, design PA schematic and guide PCB layout
Response to PA performance measuring, and tuning to reach target
Jointly work with DPD to tune PA to reach close loop target
Support system level integration and problem solving
Support manufactory to reach yield target

Qualification & Requirement:

Minimum master degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge with >=10 years experiences
Good knowledge in PA technology, from theory to realization, familiar with GaN, LDMOS technology, familiar with Doherty architecture and its implementation
Good knowledge in wireless communication system
Skilled in RF simulation for PA matching, such as ADS, HFSS etc.
Familiar with CFR, DPD and PA linearity inner connection, direct experience is a plus
Skilled with radio test related instruments, such as signal generator, signal spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.
Proven experience on high power level and high efficiency power amplifier design
Excellent skill in RF tuning and complicated problem solving
Experience with mass production product design
Has curious, independent and clear logical mind, good at analysis
Selfmotivated learning and growth
Good communication skill, be proactive and accountable, result oriented
Fluent in oral/written English
