Job Summary:


The
Treasury Associate is responsible for setting up clients for EFT method of payment to improve efficiencies and automation in Accounts Payable.

They will oversee approvals and troubleshoot on issues when needed.

Now, if you were to come on board as our Treasury Associate, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Gathering Required documentation for Accounts Payable EFT Payment set up
  • Communicate with Compass Vendors and Clients regarding questions and troubleshooting with EFT Payment
  • Complete Master Data set up in Compass Accounting Software
  • Coordinate and confirm test phases with Compass Vendors and Clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Here's how we'll know you are the best fit:


  • Post-Secondary Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a computerized accounting environment (JD Edwards experience preferred).
  • Selfmotivated, wellorganized, team player capable of contributing to a very busy accounting department.
  • Able to work in a fastpace environment with strict deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours and can quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
