    Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proactive routine maintenance deadlines are met while keeping active equipment above contractual requirements.
  • Work closely with multiple internal and external teams to identify and resolve customer related issues resulting from equipment deficiencies. Initiate internal escalations, as necessary.
  • Work closely with Field Services Manager and Client Services Team to keep service levels high.
  • Create work plans for and assign daily duties to Field Service Technicians
  • Conduct onsite and remote surveys of new Automated Enforcement Sites
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of internal training programs
  • Work with contractors and Field Service Technicians on new approach builds on construction sites.
  • Other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by Client Services Manager.
  • Ability to travel within Ontario for job duties with short notices.
  • Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or Technical Institute certificate in a technical field (engineering or computer science) or related work experience.
  • Experience in digital photography, network installation and computer technology is required.
  • Ability to work outside with minimal supervision required.
  • Valid Canadian drivers license with good driving required.
