HR Officer
Duties and Responsibility
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Post and promote vacant positions and manage the hiring process.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Providing advice on policies and procedures.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper recordkeeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in human resources.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
