HR Officer

Duties and Responsibility

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Post and promote vacant positions and manage the hiring process.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Promote a positive work environment.
  • Providing advice on policies and procedures.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper recordkeeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in human resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
