Key Responsibilities:

FM Technical Service Support: Develop customized technical solutions for Asia Pacific customers. Collaborate with local LB Foster team and agents to provide technical supports for field services, installation, test data collection, site inspection, optimization recommendations, filling/maintenance, and front-line training.

Strategic Market Development: Assist the regional manager in strategic market development and business control in the Asia Pacific region. Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and build strong customer relationships.

Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure development schedules and deliveries are met. Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Documentation, Quality, and Customer Care to address product quality and customer support issues.

Product Knowledge: Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on competitive products and prices for competitors' products.


Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the team is adding value.
• Provide effective and accurate communication with the team, engineering, supply chain, sales, and management.
• Work with the sales team to develop promotions and support the integration of key service initiatives into parts and service programs.
• Act as a point of contact for various service operations and product marketing projects and programs.
• Collaborate with management on capital and expense budget development.
• Manage inventory of service parts for field representatives in coordination with the supply chain.

Strong technical knowledge and experience in Friction Management or related industry. Proven track record in technical solutions development and customer relationship management.
