The Role
We are currently recruiting for a
Mechanical Foreman. We have a number of projects coming up in various locations.

Shift: 6/1

Responsibilities and Duties

Communication with team through daily safety meetings.
Set up work completion schedules.
Assist with project estimating, including labour, supplies and materials.
Execute work in line with federal, provincial and client and company quality standards, codes and safety regulations.
Communicating the job to and with tradesmen/ workers
Supervising crew tasks
Daily interactions with client on progress and project requirements.
Assist Construction Manager on daily reports, schedules and manpower.

Requirements:

5 years of management and supervisory experience
Qualified trades personnel with experience in heavy mechanical scopes
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
Ability to work in a high altitude area
Flexible during times of change.
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment is crucial
Previous experience in civil/earthworks projects
Previous plant experience is considered an asset
