What will you be doing?

  • Developing a strong, indepth understanding of our company's services and our position in the logistics industry.
  • Develop, implement and maintain effective strategies to successfully close full cycle sales.
  • Evaluate processes as necessary to ensure goals are met, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reviewing past leads and identifying missed opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and/or develop opportunities.
  • Identifying clients' needs and how to turn them into selling opportunities.
  • Developing successful methods to complete a successful sales cycle.
  • Measure, monitor and report on KPIs (Monthly and yearly).
  • Have at least 2 years of eCommerce experience.
  • Have at least 2 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Will be able to represent Stallion Express in a positive, charismatic and professional manner.
  • Are a team player with great communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and can adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrate discipline, selfmotivation, and be resultsdriven.
  • Have a strong desire to grow within your sales career
  • Have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sale cycle.

What's the pay?
We're hoping to continuously grow your skills, this role, and the salary that comes with it This position does come with a competitive base pay in addition to an attractive commission model that will be discussed during your interview
This is a hybrid position, based out of our Headquarters in Mississauga, ON. The required days in office are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During the probationary period, the schedule will be 5 days in house for training purposes.

$60,000.00 per year
