Our portfolio includes landmark locations in Vancouver, Toronto, and San Diego.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating project and office administration work
  • Maintain project budgets and perform cost estimating
  • Communicate project details and work cohesively with different subcontractors, clients/owners, consultants and other project stakeholders, and participate actively in meetings as required
  • Prepare contracts and confidently negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Administer requests for information and shop drawings, and manage submittal process
  • Plan and manage daily operations, construction schedules while monitoring project progress

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, project management, or related field preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings and other construction documents
  • At least one year of experience working in the Vancouver construction market or office administration is preferred
  • Have proven capabilities in multitasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
  • Flexible and proactive mindset in taking additional responsibilities assigned by managers
  • Experience using Microsoft office Suite
