Responsibilities:


  • Manage projects and ensure that they are completed on time and on budget
  • Communicate with Clients and understand their project requirements
  • Prepare proposals
  • Prepare reports
  • Participate in initiatives with the Marketing department to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Build leadership and mentorship skills by working with and mentoring junior staff

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills & professional presentation
  • Strong writing skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Effective time management and ability to work under tight timelines with multiple competing deadlines
  • Experience with conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
  • Experience with conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
in support of filing for a Notice of Site Condition

  • A Bachelor Degree in Science or Applied Science, a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or a Diploma in a Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering, is considered an asset
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience within environmental consulting, previous project management experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project related financial management
  • Experience with business development initiatives and client interaction
  • Valid driver's license and insurance are required (work related travel expenses will be compensated)
