Role:

CCRR Consultant

Wage:

$ $21.00 per hour

Benefits:

Full-Time, Monday to Friday

8:00am - 4:30pm

Location:

Child Care Resource and Referral (in the PG Family Y at 2020 Massey Drive)

The YMCA is the largest not-for-profit provider of child care in Canada and the YMCA of Northern BC is the largest provider in the north, serving: Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Fort St.

James, Fort St. John, Prince George, Pouce Coupe and Vanderhoof. YMCA Child Care is a home away from home.

Responsibilities of this role:

To know, understand and maintain all BC Government CCRR Program Standards
To work in collaboration and partnership and maintain positive working relationships with families, other community agencies and service providers
To provide excellence in delivering customer service and support to those individuals and organizations utilizing the services of the CCRR program
To provide child care information, consultations and referrals to families
To register individuals or organizations in workshops, training or networking nights
Maintain database integrity through accurate collection of information and ensure information is accurate and delivered according to the standards

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative assistant role
Experience maintaining & working with databases
Demonstrate a high level of organizational, administrative, and customer service skills
Occasional use of person vehicles for Professional Development
Some evening and weekend shift as per office requirements
Satisfactory Criminal Record and Clear Vulnerable Sector Search
Three satisfactory professional references
