As a Lead Hand on our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of cemetery maintenance including burials, installation of commemorative plaques and monuments, administrative duties and maintenance of grounds and equipment.

You will have the opportunity to act as a resource for the Property Team and supervise the team during the absence of the Property Manager.

You will do rewarding work while enjoying the outdoors, and you'll go home knowing your efforts helped to create a special place that is appreciated by many.

What you bring to the role:

Enthusiasm for working outdoors.
Driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Previous landscaping, horticultural and/or cemetery experience and demonstrated interest in working outdoors.
Heavy equipment operator training/certification is nice to have.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) certification is nice to have.
Facilities management experience and training would be an asset.
