Are you an outgoing self starter who loves working independently while making connections and achieving sales goals? Quintex Services has an opening for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team You will focus on securing mat rental and facility services business in Southern Manitoba. You make the sale, and the service team looks after the account
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prospecting
- Cold calling
- Setting appointments
- Leading sales presentations
The successful individual will possess the following characteristics:
- 2-3 years outside sales experience, contract sales background is preferred
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own vehicle
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
- Post Secondary education an asset, but not mandatory.
- Effective time management skills and multitasking capabilities
- Thrives in a fast
- Uses a persuasive and collaborative selling style
- Is a motivated, enthusiastic high achiever.
Compensation Package:
- Salary plus commission on sales; quarterly and annual bonuses
- Compensation is not capped; $60 to $80K first year or more
