Part Time_ (average weekly hours are between 25-30)_
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, Shifts range from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Job Summary:
The
Unit Support Associate is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all times
Now, if you were to come on board as our
Unit Support Associate, we'd ask you to do the following for us:
- Provide high-level internal and external customer support
- Greet employees and visitors, escort all VIP guests
- Ensure daily optimal workspace occupancy
- Share information about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest
- Handle daily signage requirements for guest wayfinding
- Maintain building visitor list by managing the access badge process
- Weekly and daily communication with Experience Team
- Operate telecommunication systems and manage incoming calls
- Restock supplies daily throughout the reception and storage room
- Provide general travel support
- Work closely with facilities, local technology, and other workplace departments
- Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety guidelines
- Interface with vendors
- Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs when business requires
- Full understanding of security procedures

Unit Support Associate? We're committed to hiring the best talent for the role.
- Hospitality degree or experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Two to three years' experience in front of house operations at a corporate office.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, analytically inclined and a team player
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
- Strong business acumen & professionalism
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
