Description

Responsibilities:

Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through indepth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
Provide indepth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
Serve as advisor or coach to midlevel developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary

Qualifications:

610 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred

Knowledge/Experience:

At least 5+ years experience
handcoding HTML5, JavaScript, CSS 2 & 3:
Expertise developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, DOM implementations, etc.
Experience with JSON, usages of JavaScript statements such as switch, case, throw, closures, and working knowledge of WebKit
Experience with Rich Internet Applications, AJAX, particularly technical and coding aspects such as Object Oriented JavaScript, etc. required.
Experience with Mobile apps, including iOS and Androids a plus
User Interface Design, Information Architecture, graphic design experience a plus
Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design

Skills:

Extensive handcoding expertise
in HTML 4 & 5, JavaScript, CSS, React Framework:
Expert level of hand-coding experience in Core JavaScript and JSON
Proficiency with Java / J2EE (Java 8), Spring Framework
Strong experience in data modeling and experience with relational and nosql database. Oracle and MongoDB
Experienced in bulding and manging REST Apis
Experience working in Agile development environment, scrums meeting, and rapid prototyping
Relish tackling new challenges, paying attention to details, and, ultimately, growing professionally.
