Description
Be in charge of operations at YYZ & YVR ports for all importing shipments and all port-related business;
Be responsible for truck network arrangement, and ensure on-time performance from flight landing till delivery.

Canada sorting center setup and management, including 24H outbound rate, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, shift arrangement, issue solving etc.


Source and select the Custom Clearance and Last Mile Delivery vendors with best cost and leading time in different Gateways and zones, in order to continuously optimize Cainiao's logistic capability in Canada.


Find out the root cause and solve the problems through on-site treatment or data tools, and continuously find solution to reduce costs and optimize the transit time in the whole process.


Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years solid management experience in at least one fields of the following list: Custom Clearance, Sorting Center, Fulfillment Center, Delivery Station, Couriers management, line-haul management or any other related fields, no matter self-owned mode or 3PL mode;
  • Base Canada, could overcome the jet leg and heavy pressure;
  • Excellent communication and execution skills;
  • Ability to execute the action quickly.
  • Bilingual with English and Chinese preferred.

Salary:
$96,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
