- Responsibilities
- The Plant Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Overseeing a maintenance crew with the following trades: Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing, and supporting sub-contractors as required.-
- Will be the direct contact between client and field workers.-
- Oversee daily/weekly safe execution of work for the department in collaboration with client coordinators to assure adherence.-
- Implements and maintains Stuart Olson and client procedures and policies, including the site health and safety program.-
- Manage, maintain, and communicate manpower changes within the department.-
- Support and manage weekly schedules and attend meetings as required.-
- Responsible for adherence to established maintenance work management processes, including planning, scheduling, prioritization.-
- Manage department fleet maintenance.
- Qualifications
- Journeyperson ticket in one of the following trades
- Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or Instrumentation-
- Supervisor experience-
- CSTS 20-
- Computer basics in Excel, Word, and Outlook-
- SAP experience-
- Thorough understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act-
- Positive attitude towards safety with a safety first attitude-
- Ability to work collaboratively with your team-
- Excellent focus on customer satisfaction
- Working Conditions
- Working both indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions-
- Working at heights, in and around noise and dust-
- Must be clean shaven-
- Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots,
