    MON-FRI ON-SITE 9:00am-5:00pm

    Salary:
    $20.00- $23.00/ Hour


    COMPANY:
    Corr Steel Fabricators is looking for a determined, detail oriented, fast leaner to join our fast-growing Pre Engineered Steel Building factory as an Administrator/ Order Processor

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

    • Fullfill request and process orders
    • Issue purchase orders and expedite purchase orders as required and report changed in delivery schedules
    • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with suppliers as well as internal and external clients
    • Purchasing inventory in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
    • Help foster continuous improvements to the purchasing function and systems
    • Schedule Shipments and delivery of orders
    • Be familiar with products and services
    • Ensure product availability
    • Responsible for verifying the accuracy of all purchase orders and entering them into data base
    • Maintain up to date accurate files on customers
    • Liaise between customer and different departments to ensure accurate consistent information
    • Maintain a deep understating of the company's products or services to accurately answer customer questions and provide relative information
    • Administrative duties including but not limited to
    • Invoicing
    • Data Entry
    • Customer Service
    • Tracking Orders
    • Organize Calendars, create documents/ reports

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Fluent in English (written & verbal)
    • Legal to work in Canada
    • Works well in fast paced environment
    • Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication independently or as part of a team
    • Works well individually and as part of a cohesive unit
    • Ability to learn and understand new computer systems and software
    • Filing & telephone experience
    • QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, experience
    • Bookkeeping an asset
