Mission

Primary responsibilities

Support clients in the execution of their construction projects
Perform all tasks related to project management, including:
Define the project plan
Prepare cost baseline and budget tracking
Define and update master schedule
Develop projectspecific performance indicators
Coordinate the work of professionals assigned to the project
Support stakeholders in the search for solutions to ensure sound management and completion of the project, according to the delivery method agreed upon in the contract
Plan and lead coordination and followup meetings
Participate in preliminary design studies
Liaise with project managers to resolve issues that may affect profitability, schedules, ontime delivery, suppliers, etc
Participate in operational or strategic activities related to the management and smooth running of the project

Profile

College diploma in engineering or architecture or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of four years of experience in project management or public works coordination
Experience and excellent knowledge of the construction, building or industrial sector
Leadership, resourcefulness, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, project management and coordination
Driver's license valid for occasional onsite and shortterm trips to Quebec City and its surroundings
