    Vention is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our burgeoning Growth team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging with and qualifying our time-sensitive inbound leads. You will play a crucial role in creating a high performing top of funnel by identifying quality leads for our sales team. You will act as a catalyst for the efficiency of our multi-channel go-to-market strategy and play a crucial in Vention's success.

    Our Demand Generation Specialisits are the first point of contact for all new prospects to discuss Vention's products and services. This role is critical to the business as the team's goal is to have engaging conversations with our clients to discover their challenges, their requirements, and help them determine the most appropriate Vention solution for their needs.

    In this role, you will:

    • Inbound Lead Qualification: Manage all time-sensitive inbound lead sources by triaging, assessing lead quality for all inbound leads related to Vention's platform business. Ensure accountability for sales and customer services teams that are responsible for actioning the next steps.
    • Inbound calls: Answer, qualify and route inbound phone calls through Vention's general phone line within required SLA during business hours, and return phone calls for messages left after hours. Transfer high quality leads to the appropriate sales team.
    • Inbound chat: Answer, qualify and route online website chat discussions within required SLA during business hours, and ensure all offline chat requests are properly actioned on the following business day. Transfer high quality leads to the appropriate sales team.
    • Website monitoring: Identify users that would benefit from a support touchpoint, and re-engage as needed. Complete qualification and re-assign quality leads to the sales team.
    • Identify opportunities to manage time-sensitive inbound leads at-scale, including chatbots, automated IVRs, mass-personalized content, and direct-to-voicemail messages. Drive the operationalization of those opportunities to increase the scale of your impact on the business.
    Qualifications
    • A proven record of high achievement
    • Intellectual agility and natural curiosity, especially when using technology tools (such as CRM, ticketing systems, automated marketing, etc)
    • Superb communication skills: written and verbal
    • Be passionate, interesting and interested. Your natural curiosity and high energy is one of your key differentiators.
    • The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging (FUN) technology environment
    • Ability to learn and absorb material quickly
    • "One speed energy" self motivated with a constant sense of urgency

    • 0-2 years of related experience
