About the POSITION:
The ideal
General Manager - Sales & Operations will oversee all studio functionality from Sales to Flexologists and Instructors.

You will work alongside the owners to drive success and growth of StretchLab Aurora/Newmarket as part of our leadership team.

This role is 80-90% Sales and 10-20% operations.

  • You have a background in full cycle sales in a B2C environment, and capable to _"Lead From The Front" _in producing sales.
  • You are confident in your ability to create a premium experience for our clients. StretchLab is a premium, positive experience, and you need to be the leader in creating this environment.
  • You are fully open to customized and unique training provided by StretchLab, including using operational software and holding the team accountable for same.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in membership/subscriptionbased environments and/or premium services (including, but not limited to: fitness & health & wellness environments, golf clubs, country clubs etc.)
  • Ability to generate personal sales and training Sales Reps
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate with studio owners
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
  • Comfort with marketing tactics, including social media, leading community events and online marketing
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software, including CRM management

DUTIES

  • Drive Lead generation through various tactics, including community marketing, online marketing and networking
  • Identify, schedule and lead/participate in community events and studio promotions
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
  • Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Manage staff scheduling and coverage
  • Lead studiospecific social media efforts
  • Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
  • Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists
  • Utilize ClubReady & other software to create and report on revenue, utilization, attendance etc. for corporate and owners
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
  • Follow up on collection of outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and literature is stocked and visible
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Any other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • This position offers a competitive base salary; based on experience & performance
  • Commission & Bonus paid on meeting/achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Salary:
$58,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
